Talking to Chuck
Copywriters love the Talk to Chuck campaign because it's all about the words. No flashy graphics, no photography--just clever headlines. So naturally, we jumped at the chance to create a couple of these for Schwab. And while we didn't actually get to talk to Chuck, we have to admit it was fun.
Dependency map of form questions and responses
A lead generation/advertising management platform required an overhaul of their interface generating customer surveys and forms on the fly. The information structure of the questions and their relationship to a variety responses was unclear to the team when I started on the project. I developed this map to better understand these relationships, which could guide us in developing an better interface.
